Nymphargus puyoensis (common name: Puyo giant glass frog) is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are lower montane wet forests. Its habitat is threatened by habitat loss (the forest at the type locality has already been cleared) which is much reduced in area already.
