Nyaman Group is a French company operating in the luxury tourism sector in Indonesia. Nyaman means "Comfort" in Bahasa. Nyaman Group gathers 9 villas in total, manages a fleet of around thirty cruise ships, a private luxury boat and as well around 475 luxury villas to rent in Bali. It owns also a clothing shop and an art gallery.

The Group was founded in 2014 by Stephan Remini in Seminyak, Indonesia and operates in different fields of activity:
Early beginnings
In 2009, Stephan Remini has six villas built, the Nyaman Villas in Seminyak, in the Oberoi area Bali. For this project of construction, the French interior architect Stephan Remini and GLA Hotels are in collaboration.
In 2010, Stephan Remini deals with Christian Tufal for the construction of the Villas Chocolat complex.
In 2011, the Group creates Gorgeous Villas Bali so as to reinforce its specialization in the luxury villa rental industry. Gorgeous Villas Bali is a luxury villas rental agency which operates in the major cities of Bali such as Seminyak, Ubud, Canggu or Jimbaran.
Expansion
In 2013, the group extends its activity until Flores, Labuan Bajo with the launch of Perjuangan, which means "The Passionate" in Bahasa. Originally, the boat was a merchant ship which has been turned into a traditional cruise ship thanks to Stephan Remini’s renovations. Perjuangan navigates across the National Park of Komodo waters, currently listed as UNESCO World Heritage.
In 2014, the four existing companies (Nyaman Villas, Villas Chocolat, Perjuangan et Gorgeous Villa Bali) have been reunited to create the Nyaman Group. The logotype of the group is a wood carving, standing for a fossilized whale scapula.
As well en 2014, Nyaman Boutique opens, it offers retails women clothing, jewellery and leather goods.
In 2015, Nyaman Group launches Diving Cruise Indonesia which organizes diving cruises in Indonesia. The company manages a fleet of 30 boats.
In February 2015, the Group launches an art gallery Nyaman Art Gallery. This gallery exhibits paintings, traditional objects and hand-made clothes in Seminyak, Bali from local and international artists such as Yokii, Stephane Sensey, Quint, L. Fauzi, Yoga Raharja, Bunnybone, Evgeny Bam, Sabbatha, Stephan Kotas and Emmanuel Cayere.
In June 2015, Nyaman Group launches a new online reservation platform dedicated to luxury villa rental: Villa Bali Booking.
