Nowe Sady [ˈnɔvɛ ˈsadɨ] (German: Neu Schaden) is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Mikołajki, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Mikołajki, 17 km (11 mi) east of Mrągowo, and 68 km (42 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
