History
Notion Press was founded jointly by Naveen Valasakumar and his schoolmates Janarthanan and Bhargava in January 1, 2012. The initial investment was ₹3.67 lakhs.
Services
Notion Press uses its self-developed application user interface for typesetting books. As of May 2012, they were reliant on freelance proofreaders and copy editors. For distribution of books, they have tie-ups with 500 dealers, mostly online retailers such as Flipkart and Amazon.
Books & Reviews
Various kinds of books, including fiction and non-fiction have been published in Notion Press. According to the New Indian Express, the self-publishing company is "the first of its kind in India".
