Northland Community & Technical College (NCTC) is a two-year community college with campuses in East Grand Forks and Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA. The two campuses serve over 4,000 full and part-time students. The institution is part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. The college also has an NJCAA Division III athletics program, with the nickname "Pioneers."
