No Magic has been a leader in OMG (Object Management Group) standards based technologies and methods is the area of modeling, simulation and analysis for over 19 years. The flagship product MagicDraw has won numerous awards and is recognized globally for excellence as a (UML) Unified Modeling Language modeling tool.

History
Established July, 1995, No Magic was founded with the single vision that there is "no magic" to developing better software. The company leadership believed that investing in rigorous staff training and in a disciplined software development process were key factors in enabling company success. No Magic operates worldwide; software development facilities are located in the EU (Kaunas, Lithuania) and Thailand (Bangkok). No Magic's corporate and sales headquarters are located in Allen, Texas.
In 2002, MagicDraw won the Java Developer's Journal award for "Best Database Tool or Driver" category.
