Nishu Jha (Nepali: ) is a Nepali Organizer. He is one of the leading Beauty pageant organizer and Event Director of Nepal. He is also the founder and Chairperson of Ribbon Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Nepal. He is considered a dominant figure in bringing professionalism in the Nepalese beauty pageant industry. He has been involved through different ways in beauty pageants since 2008. He has also been involved in many uncredited charity and donation programmes.

Work as pageant organizer
Nishu Jha's first Beauty pageant as organizer was Nepal's Face of The Year and Nepal's Children Of The Year 2014. But he got more success and popularity when his company organized Mrs. Nepal International 2015 The winner of the event was Sabita Lamichhane(सविता लामिछाने). Till date he has organized more than dozen of pageants as organizer and also has involved as judge and guest in many pageant organized throughout Nepal

Nishu Jha has been involved in different Non-government organisations, organising social awareness raising programmes such as for the support victim of earth quake in privileged area of Nepal. He is actively involved in social campaign for reduction of early child marriage and for education of Musahar Child.
Other Involvements
His is an active member of Event Director's Association of Nepal. He has been involved in various live events, Broadcasting Channel as promoter, share holder and Director of the Events. He has also been involved in social organization named Creative Helpful Service Society since 2011. This organization is set up to help underprivileged and marginalized people of Rural area of Nepal. The organization focuses on education and healthcare.
