Nikolay Ivelinov Minchev (Bulgarian: Nikolai Ivelinov Minchev, born 3 February 1992) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who plays as a Winger for the Danish side Vejle Boldklub.

Early career
Nikolay Minchev started his football career in OFC Sliven 2000.
FC Skanderborg
Later he moved to Denmark to join the Danish side FC Skanderbog. Due to problems with the documents, Minchev cannot make his debut for the first team.
Vejle Boldklub
In April 2013, the Bulgarian moved to another Danish team Vejle Boldklub, where he plays until now.
