Nihel Chikrouhou (Arabic: نهال شيخ روحو ; born 5 January 1987 in Sfax, Tunisia) is a Tunisian judoka. She competed at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics in the +78 kg event.
At the 2008 Summer Olympics, she beat Carmen Chalá in the first round before losing to Kim Na-Young.
At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she lost to Maria Suelen Altheman.
