Nicolas Gumbo is a Kenyan politician. He belongs to the Orange Democratic Movement and was elected to represent the Rarieda Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the Kenyan parliamentary election, 2007.

In 2015, in his capacity as chairman of the parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC), Gumbo was at the forefront of question cabinet secreaty Anne Waiguru over corruption allegations in the ministry of devolution and planning in the National Youth Service Scandal.
