Ng Hui (Chinese: 黄慧; pinyin: Huáng Huì, born July 22, 1979) is a Singaporean actress and television host.

Career

Ng studied communications at university and became interested in acting during her stint as an intern at Mediacorp. She is best known for her award-winning role as 'Tao Jie' in The Little Nyonya and has acted in more than 20 dramas and hosted a number of variety shows.
Ng has left the entertainment industry as she has decided that she will devote her time and efforts to other areas apart from acting. One of the major decisions she has made is to pursue a Masters in Art (Art Therapy) at the LASALLE College of the Arts.
Personal life
Ng attended Jin Shan Primary School, Raffles Girls' Secondary School and Hwa Chong Junior College and graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a degree in Communication Studies. She was awarded the Outstanding Young Alumni Award by NTU in 2008.
