History

The club was founded in 2002 as New College Academy, but football had been played at the college as far back as 1984 when the College originally opened. An Academy team formed in 1996, and in 2002 New College played one season in the Hellenic Football League before dropping down to play in the Wiltshire Football League due to their ground being insufficient. The club won the league in 2008–09 and 2009–10. In 2011, after two years of finishing in the top three in the Wiltshire Football League and now ground-sharing with Supermarine RFC, New College were promoted to the Hellenic Football League.

The club is managed by Mark Teasdale, Paul Bodin (who is also Youth Team Manager at Swindon Town) and Ian Howell who is part of the academy coaching staff at Chelsea.
