Reviews

Never Give Up, NME, 9 July 1983 Svelte, shorn and cleanly attired Mr Haig looms out of the cover photo for his latest release and invites you to party fairly leaping with lithesome young things all wearing Ray Bans.

Paul's the life and soul of the event though, I mean who needs a portable stereo system once Paul decides to open up with that golden syrupy voice of his? Paul's pal Groucho Smykle also turns up later and entertains the assembled crowd with an interesting, but sadly predictable party mix.

I enjoyed myself though and I usually hate parties.
