Neustar IP Intelligence, formerly Quova, is a company that identifies the geographical location of website visitors based on their IP address. Customers include Major League Baseball, which uses the service to black out MLB.tv content in a team's home city. Neustar IP Intelligence is based in Mountain View, California and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Neustar, Inc. The company's CEO is Lisa Hook.
Neustar, Inc. acquired Quova in November 2010, renaming it Neustar IP Intelligence and rebranding its services at the beginning of 2012.
