Netstep Navigator (formerly FuegoWeb) was a Latin American fork of Mozilla Firefox, in addition to installing the browser, several plugins are also installed automatically, the browser is discontinued and this indirect successor is the Utach Netstep Firefox, an Firefox browser distribution.

Features

Netstep Navigator was similar to Mozilla Firefox browser, the only notable differences with Firefox are the change in logos and pictures, and the inclusion of various accessories like an integrated download manager for video and audio from YouTube, custom themes default window transparency when used with Windows Aero and others.

From version 1.90 included FuegoWeb Preloader, a program that load on startup various components of the browser to run faster.

Since the 2.0.x series, Utach rename the browser, in addition to changes in supplements including more social tools like Yoono. Utach both FuegoWeb 2.0 as published Netstep the same day so to imply that though both are officially Netstep side projects is the successor of FuegoWeb.

From 2010 the support was abandoned and the official website no longer exists, In 2013 Utach release a new Mozilla Firefox distribution called Netstep Firefox, might be considered his successor.

Original Netstep Navigator was only available in Spanish, current Netstep Firefox is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Requirements

For its operation you need to use the Windows XP operating system on (Windows Vista and Windows 7 Aero to transparent effect). While so far only have binaries for Windows, according to the official site is compatible with GNU / Linux using Wine.
