Netgables offers Saralweb, a mobile ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution for building efficient process driven organisations. The solution includes field operations automation and back office management for organisations providing manned security and other geographically dispersed manpower intensive solutions.
Process automation is delivered through application folders containing documents generated via daily routine tasks such as site visits, customer interactions, and maintenance tasks modelled as transactions with groups based access control. The documents may include GPS tracking and photo-evidence features. From a field operator's point of view, Saralweb application folders automate daily routines. From a manager’s point of view, graphical, tabular and maps based reports deliver summary views over time, as well as the latest information-to-date.
Complex back office working procedures are also transformed into effortless, dynamic practices through process automation. Process lapses and data mishandling are eliminated through user interfaces powered by transactions. Organisational structures, resource allocation, invoice generation , expense tracking, quotations, and payroll procedures are automated. Statutory reporting is available out of the box.
A variety of customisable filters and drill-downs , by geography, team-member, and product category generate MIS reports , and help identify performance trends and areas of improvement. History
Netgables was founded in 2003 with the aim to provide Internet based solutions to organizations in India and the US. Early investors include Paul Maritz (rated as one of the 50 most powerful people in enterprise technology in 2012 by Business Insider) and Rahul Bhasin (Managing Partner of Baring Private Equity India Ltd. and a Global Director of Baring Vostok Capital Partners).
