History

President and CEO Eddie Shapiro founded Nest Seekers International in 2001. Since its inception the firm has grown to include 15 storefront and office locations in New York City, Beverly Hills, Miami and The Hamptons. The fully integrated marketing and management firm employs more than 700 agents representing properties around the world.

The firm employs multiple record agents including Silvette Julian, who set the record for the most expensive Queens condo in August 2015 (sold for $5.4 million) and associate broker Ryan Serhant, who sold an Astor Place duplex in Noho for a record price of more than $3,100 per square foot.

Reality TV

Various brokers at Nest Seekers International are featured on real estate reality shows. Ryan Serhant is a featured agent on Bravo TV's program Million Dollar Listing New York, appearing on the show since its first season in 2012.
