Naveen Medaram (Born 7th Aug 1979) is a Film Director, Screen writer and Visual effects artist.

Personal details

Naveen Medaram was born in Nizamabad, AP, India, on August 7, 1979, he was brought up in Nizamabad. His full name is Medaram Naveen Kumar Goud.

Naveen Medaram has been involved with 20 Hollywood films as a Visual Effects Artist. His work includes Prince of Persia, 2012, Harry Potter and Batman - The Dark Knight. He joined the Raindance Film School in London where he began writing various screenplays for both short and feature films and directed a short film "Moving on" as a group project with five other directors. After completion of his course he produced and directed a short film “Philophobia” and Assistant Directed a short film called "War of the sexes". He directed the feature film London Life.

Medaram studied Bachelors in Fine Arts from Jawaharlal Nehru Arts University, Hyderabad, India, and received a Master's degree in Visual Effects from Bournemouth University, UK as well as Diploma in Film making from Raindance Film School, London. He worked in Fremont, USA as a Webdesigner and in UK studios Double Negative Studios, The Moving Picture Company, as well as at the Pinewood Studios as a Visual Effects Compositor.
