Natasha Bradley (born November 25, 1988) is an American singer from New Jersey. during her junior year in high school, while working at a Subway sandwich shop, was introduced to producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins. After seeing her sing and dance, Jerkins invited Natasha to his studio to record her first two singles. She signed to Jive Records through Jerkins' Darkchild Entertainment. Natasha was dropped from Jive Records on February 23, 2010.

Early life

Bradley was born on November 25, 1988 in Galloway Township, New Jersey. At a young age, Bradley would usually lock herself in the bathroom and use a karaoke machine that hold the tapes of her favorite singer's and influences.

2006–2009: Uncontrollable

During her junior year in high school, while working at a Subway sandwich shop, Bradley was introduced to producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins. After seeing her sing and dance, Jerkins invited Bradley to his studio to record her first two singles. She was later signed to Jive Records with distribution from Zomba Records through Jerkins' Darkchild Entertainment. Bradley then released her first two singles, "Hey Hey Hey" and "So Sick", in 2007. Her third single, "Sidekick", followed in late 2008. Her debut album Uncontrollable was released on December 27, 2008, and the fourth single "Blue" was released in June 2009.

2009–2011: Spokesperson and modeling

On May 13, 2009, it was announced on UltimaHair.com's blog that Bradley would replace American singer Brandy as the new spokesperson for Ultima Protein Hair.

Bradley modeled at several fashion shows and runways including the annual fashion show and music show broadcast by BET, Rip the Runway, held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City in 2009 during Keri Hilson's "Turning Me On" performance. She has also made features at Bauder College in Atlanta and many more.

In late 2009, Bradley stated that she was working on her second album, Natasha Is Here, which was to feature unreleased material from her debut album Uncontrollable, but due to label issues, she was dropped from Jive Records on February 23, 2010, causing plans for the album to be scrapped.

2012–2013: Comeback and hiatus

In 2012, Bradley started working with Karriem "K-Mack" Mack of the R&B/hip hop production duo Soul Diggaz and also started an online video series on YouTube titled Natasha Diaries. She also signed a publishing deal with Water Music, a music publishing, management and production company found by Michael Cameron, Troy Patterson, and Bobby "Hustle" Stewart, which was revealed in her online series. In the series, Bradley worked on her second album and looked for a label for an official release; she also created a Twitter account to interact with her fans and business partners and later announced that she was working with TaTu. She then premiered two singles titled "Riddle Me This" and "Only You".

In January 2013, Bradley announced via her Twitter account that she was taking a break from music.

Personal life

Her zodiac is Sagittarius. On 2013, Bradley gave birth to her first child, which was a girl and then gave birth to her second child, which was a boy. She is married to American entrepreneur Akeem Jordan, who is the father of her children.

Influences

Bradley says that the people that influenced her musical style are Mýa, Aaliyah and Beyoncé. She said that Beyoncé was most biggest influence and said "I was just obsessed with Beyoncé, I [can] feel it". She later stated "Those three people, I would just listen to them [and] I would listen to them over and over again".
