Narsi, Hingoli

Narsi Namdev is a village in Hingoli taluka of Hingoli district of Indian state of Maharashtra. It is 17 km away from Hingoli. Village is known as birthplace of Varkari sant and poet Namdev. Earlier village was known as Narsi Bamani.

Government of Maharashtra has declared Narsi as holy place and developing it as religious tourist hub. Sikh followers are constructing gurudwara at Narsi along with a memorial of Namdev.
