Narkatiaganj is a city and a notified area in West Champaran district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is a part of Tirhut Division, and situated 280 kilometres (170 mi) northwest of capital of the state, Patna.

It is known for its porous border with Nepal for serving a transit point for exchange of goods and to promote trade and relationship between India and Nepal. Narkatiaganj is the only railway junction in West Champaran district.
