Nanded-Waghala is a city and a municipal corporation in Nanded district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is situated on the banks of the river Godavari in Maharashtra state of India. It is the administrative headquarters of Nanded District and Marathwadas third most important city, next only to Aurangabad. Nanded is a well-known Sikh Pilgrimage center.
