The Ontology of Noise

Nana April Jun's debut album The Ontology of Noise was released in February 2009 on the UK-based audio-visual label, Touch. The Ontology of Noise is a work of conceptual sound art, consisting of five minimalist compositions. The album researches the hallucinogenic qualities of noise, exploring all-digital noise timbres as continuous, evolving streams. The Ontology of Noise has been described as grey but has also been said to have more in common with natural landscapes than processed noises.

The Ontology of Noise is mastered by Denis Blackham.
