The longwave transmitter of Nador transmitter, which works on 171 kHz. has a transmission power of 2000 kilowatts. It is also the FM transmitter for the Nador-region on 99.9 MHz As antenna, a directional antenna consisting of three guyed masts, each 380 metres tall, is used. These masts are arranged in a row, which points approximately to north northwest.. Following the demolition of the OMEGA Navigation System in Paynesville, Liberia in 2011, the Nador transmitter became (again) the tallest structure in Africa.

Besides the high masts there is also a complex of lower masts with horizontal antenna wires on the site for mediumwave transmissions.
