Naczęsławice [nat͡ʂɛ̃swaˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pawłowiczki, within Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Pawłowiczki, 20 km (12 mi) west of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, and 41 km (25 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
