It houses, Nacharam Industrial Development Park, Shoe market, Pharmaceutical plants, National Fuel Corporation,Info city, central institute of medicinal and aromatic plants, GVK Biosciences etc.Pizza outlets like Dominoes and Papa John's , numerous sweet shops and Super markets are present . Vyjayanthi theatre is popular among the area's movie buffs. Spar Hyper market (Paradise Mall) is opened its fourth Hyderabad outlet near Ramakrishna studios.Maruthi Showroom is opened recently,Alpine and Casabene Markets are present just 2 KM away from Nacharam crossroads.All the major banks have their branches in Nacharam Axis Bank, Andhra Bank, SBI, Kotak Mahindra, Indian Bank,Oriental Bank of Commerce, HDFC , Vijaya Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank , DCB , etc.
Transport
Nacharam is well-connected by the buses, TSRTC, which ply on two routes covering most of the area. It's connected by Bus Routes (250 which connects ECIL X Roads-nacharam-habsiguda-Tarnaka-Secunderabad, Route No. 3 which connects Koti – Tarnaka, Moulali and Habsiguda). 6HN , 17HN , 50B series buses ply through Nacharam. The nearest MMTS Train station is Sithafal Mandi Railway Station and the nearest railway station is Moulali which is yet to be a MMTS station.Habsiguda Metro is 1 KM away from Nacharam which would connect it to the other parts of the city.
Residential areas

History
Nacharam is gifted by VII Nizam to syed Rasool (Syed Sahab)as he was the razakar (soldier in VII Nizam Mir Osman Ali Khan's Army) Actually it came in URS jaagir warangal to hubshiguda in hyderabad. In the past villages were not valuable so they were included in the jaagirs.
