Na Naia: Legend of the Dolphins made its world premier at the opening night of Maui Film Festival in 2011 where Megan Fox presented the film, right after she was given the Iris Award due to her involvement in animal rights charities.
The film premiered at Cannes Film Festival in 2010 and has it 3D Premiere at Los Angeles 3D Film Festival on Friday evening September 21, 2012.
