SCW United States Championship (September 2001 – August 2004)
The United States Championship was created to serve as the number one contender to The Supreme Championship. During this era the championship did not change hands very often as it was only required to be defended monthly.

Supreme Championship Wrestling TV Title (2004–2011)
During this time Supreme Championship wrestling and AWA Wrestling were on TV with weekly TV events and weekly house shows, this title was now mandatory to be defended every TV taping and also was defended on the house shows as well.
AWA Open-Door (2011–2014)
In 2011 Supreme came up with the idea that any professional wrestler could earn a shot at this title even without being an active roster member of the company, doing this would elevate the status of the title, and further boost the Supreme Championship, the title still serves as a number one contender spot for The Supreme Championship.
NWA Supreme Open-door Championship (2014–current)
When joining the NWA, Supreme kept the Open-Door policy attached to this belt, but removed the number 1 contender status. The belt now provided the holder a spot in the top 10.
