NVA Holdings comprises four companies that all operate in the sports, music, entertainment, fashion, TV, film and youth brand markets. It is based in London, England and was founded by its joint CEOs, Chris Nathaniel and Paul Boadi.

NVA Entertainment Group

NVA Entertainment was founded in 2004 and is the part of the business primarily concerned with the representation of UK and international sports personalities. As of 2010, clients included the Manchester United Centre Back Rio Ferdinand, Brazilian footballer Robinho, Aston Villa Defender Curtis Davies, Chelsea Captain and England defender and Captain John Terry, as well as World Record holding sprinter Usain Bolt. NVA also is frequently retained as a specialist consultancy by football players and other groups who are seeking to purchase individual football clubs. NVA has a specialist team giving clients access to an FA certified Sports agent and a specialist in Sports law as needed.

2NV Records

Founded in 2004 by Paul Boadi and Chris Nathaniel the label has had a number of club chart hits and in 2007 the label’s debut mainstream release, “Heartbroken” made it to number two in the national charts just behind X Factor star, Leona Lewis’ hit single, “Bleeding Heart” and selling over 300,000 records. It also provided music consultancy for the ITV comedy special starring Rio Ferdinand, Rio’s World Cup Wind-Ups. 2NV Records also provided music for the BAFTA winning movie, Fish Tank.

2NV Marketing and Promotions

Founded in 2008, 2NV Marketing and Promotions specialises in bringing global brands closer to the youth market through strategic partnerships with major music acts. 2NV has promoted the UK shows of global acts such as P Diddy, Usher, Lil’ Wayne, Mario and Destiny's Child. Since then, the company has worked with a variety of clients including Coca-Cola, BlackBerry, Sony PlayStation, Mars and Rock and Republic.

Next Generation TV and Film

NVA’s TV and Film entertainment arm was founded in 2006. Its first major programme was the Rio’s World Cup Wind-Ups comedy special for ITV, starring Rio Ferdinand. . The company also has a number of feature films in development.

NVA Education

NVA also prides itself on corporate social responsibility and community outreach. It was with this in mind that NVA Education was founded in 2007. This was kicked off with a music course in conjunction with Croydon Council and 2NV Records, which was designed to give young people an insight into the opportunities within the music industry.
