Myosotis monroi is a naturally uncommon plant in New Zealand. Its name means "mouse-eared" and it is more commonly known as Monro's forget me not.
Myosotis belongs to the family Boraginaceae . It has a cymose inflorescence with flowers mainly yellow in colour.
Conservation
Not threatened. This species qualifies as Range Restricted because it is a narrow range, ultramafic endemic. It is locally common within its only known habitats which due to the substrate toxicity are largely, naturally free of weeds.
