The company was founded in 2008 by Stephane Le Viet and Gautier Machelon.
The company states to work with more than 1,000 customers and to achieve annual growth rate of at least 50%. Multiposting’s founders have also founded a sister company, Work4 Labs based in San Francisco, which is a world leader in Facebook recruitment technology with more than 20 000 clients. In 2012, Multiposting announced its first fundraising from Latour Capital and Kernel.
