Muhammad Tallal Badar Chaudhary (Urdu: محمد طلال چوہدری‎; born 19 August 1973) is a Pakistani politician who is the current Minister of State for Interior Affairs, in office since August 2017. He is currently a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League (N).

Early life

He was born on 19 August 1973.

Political career

He ran for the seat of National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-77 (Faisalabad) in Pakistani general election, 2008 however remained unsuccessful.

He was elected as a member of National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-76 (Faisalabad) in Pakistani general election, 2013. During his tenure as Member of the National Assembly, he served as the Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Information Technology and Science and Technology.

Following the election of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi as Prime Minister of Pakistan in August 2017, he was inducted into the federal cabinet of Abbasi as Minister of State for Interior.
