Muhammad Fazlur Rahman Ansari (14 August 1914 – 3 June 1974) was an Islamic scholar and philosopher. He was the founder of the Aleemiyah Institute of Islamic Studies and Founder President of the World Federation of Islamic Missions.

Early life and education
Muhammad Fazlur Rahman Ansari was born in Saharanpur, India, on 14 August 1914. At the age of six and a half years, he memorised the Quran at the Madrassah Islamiah of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
In 1933, Ansari enrolled for his BA degree at the Aligarh Muslim University, and majored in Philosophy, English and Arabic.
