Mufti-e-Azam Faizullah was a prominent Deobandi Islamic scholar of Bangladesh. He was the Grand Mufti (Mufti-e-Azam) of Al-Jamiatul Ahlia Darul Ulum Moinul Islam. Mufti Faizullah also established a madrasa called Mekhal Hamiussunnah Madrasah.

Education
Mufti Faizullah studied at the Al-Jamiatul Ahlia Darul Ulum Moinul Islam in Chittagang and then he went to Darul Uloom Deoband for further study.
Career
After returning from Darul Uloom Deoband, Mufti Faizullah started teaching at Al-Jamiatul Ahlia Darul Ulum Moinul Islam and continued until his death in 1976. He was also a poet and writer.
Books
Apart from a collection of poems in Persian, Mufti Faizullah also wrote a number of other books in Arabic and Persian.
