Moulton ISD has two campuses - Moulton High (Grades 7-12) and Moulton Elementary (Grades PK-6).
In 2010, the school district was rated "Exemplary" by the Texas Education Agency. In that same year, Moulton High School earned a "Recognized" rating and Moulton Elementary School earned an "Exemplary" rating.
The Superintendent of Schools for the Moulton Independent School District is Todd Grandjean.
