Morley A. Rosenberg QC is a Canadian lawyer and former politician. He served as Mayor of Kitchener, Ontario from 1977 to 1982. He is an alumnus of the University of Western Ontario and Osgoode Hall and is a lawyer, having been called to the bar in 1965. He ran for the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in 1967, unsuccessfully to represent Waterloo North, as a New Democratic Party candidate. He was the first and only Jewish mayor of Kitchener, and also served on council from 1972 to 1974.
