Moose Tracks is a brand and flavor of ice cream licensed by Denali Flavors that is manufactured by several different companies under various brands. The original product was formulated with vanilla ice cream, fudge and peanut butter cups that are covered in chocolate. Light varieties of the ice cream are produced, which have fewer calories compared to full-calorie versions. The brand's mascot is the Moose Tracks moose.

Trail mix
Denali Flavors and Georgia Nut Company in Skokie, Illinois collaborated to create a trail mix brand based upon the Moose Tracks flavor. Three flavors of the trail mix are produced, and all of them are based upon various Denali Flavors' flavor formulations.
