He was born and brought up in Delhi. A graduate from Kirori Mal College, Zeeshan did his training at National School of Drama (NSD), Delhi.

He also acted in the Indian Action thriller film Phantom as a RAW officer. He was last seen sharing screen space with Shah Rukh Khan in the movie 'Raees', where he plays 'Sadiq','Raees' friend and partner in crime.
