Mochtar Kusumaatmadja (born April 17, 1929) was the fifteenth minister of law and the twelfth foreign minister of Indonesia.

Kusumaatmadja served as the foreign minister between 1978 and 1988 at which point he was succeeded by Ali Alatas. During his tenure, he was heavily involved in the 1972 treaty that helped to delineate the Australia–Indonesia border, as well as the conversion of the site of the Bandung Conference into a retrospective museum.
