Moa pale ale by moa brewing company new zealand craft beer review

The Moa Brewing Company is a New Zealand brewery located in the Marlborough Region of New Zealand. It was founded in 2003 by Josh Scott, the son of winemaker Allan Scott. In 2007, the boutique beer-maker hired David Nicholls, ex-Heineken head brewer. Operations received financial support from an initial public offering in 2012. Initial plans to build their own brewery with the funds from their initial public offering were paused after the proposed brewery suffered from protracted negotiations over resource consenting issues. Moa have subsequently boosted production through a contract with another brewery.
