Mitchell Belche (born February 23, 1986) is the guitarist for California based Rock Group Now We Are Six. In addition to playing in Now We Are Six, Belche has begun working on a solo project under the moniker The Human Collective, which depicts a lighter side from previous works, involving friends and local artists to take part and contribute in the creation process. The Human Collective also sharing the acronym THC for various speculation. ;) Belche is also known for his work as a social activist, particularly as an advocate for animal rights and environmental awareness.

In an attempt to expand his artistic boundaries Belche had a small cameo roll in the Indie Film Darker Every Day a film by Aaron Peters & Scott Herndon. Darker Every Day is a black comedy about a wealthy real estate broker volunteering as a sex addiction group counselor. Despite a self-centered disinterest in the problems of others, he becomes obsessed with unlocking the secrets of a mysterious woman in the meeting. As her story unravels before the support group, the counselor discovers a strange man lurking in her past. But this man soon appears in the past of others in the group, and even the counselor's own life.
