Career
Hughes originally joined the Youtube channel, AwesomeSauceFilms, created in 2008 by his friend and Youtube personality, JeromeASF. The channel focused on the FPS, Call of Duty and Halo. In 2012, the members of AwesomeSauceFilms shut down the channel, and instead focused on the game, Minecraft. In 2010, Hughes started posting Minecraft related content on his now main channel, TheBajanCanadian. He has posted Minecraft series of all types, ranging from Hunger Games to Crazy Craft. Hughes also has uploaded Minecraft parodies of famous songs; his most viewed video is Hunger Games Song, a parody of Decisions by Borgore, with 65 million views. The channel, TheBajanCanadian, has over 5 million subscribers. He has a blogging channel, Benja, and a Call Of Duty gaming channel, MoreBenja. Hughes and ASFJerome will attend MineCon in July 2015 to participate in several events and panels. JersomeASF and Hughes are collaborating and have partnered with Blackshore.
