History
The Miss Universe Sierra Leone was founded in 2016 by Natasha Beckley. According to the pageant, it is in under The International Ambassadors of Sierra Leone (I.AM.SL) Pageant Agency which produces national contests like Miss Universe Sierra Leone, Miss Independence Sierra Leone and Miss Teen Sierra Leone.
Purposes
The main purpose of the organization of Miss Universe Sierra Leone is to promote Local Tourism in Sierra Leone and to expose young Sierra Leonean women to different cultures and nationalities.
National franchises
In 2016 The Miss Universe Sierra Leone Organization had received a mandatory to select Miss Sierra Leone to Miss Universe Organization for the first time in history. Beside that news, the organization also signed to be a national franchise holder to Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Supranational, Miss Tourism Queen International and Miss Grand International contests.
