Miss Trans Star Internacional is a beauty pageant for transgender people. It was first held in 2010 in Barcelona, in Catalonia, Spain. The winner receives a crown and prize money. The election was organized by Rincon Tranny in 2010 and LadyJulia in 2012.

Miss Trans Star Internacional 2010, the very first Miss Trans Star Internacional pageant, was held on 1 July 2010, at "The One Discoteca and Club" Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Sixteen contestants competed for the crown. The winner was 25-year-old Bruna Geneve from Switzerland, who was crowned by Miss Transsexual International 2007 Cristini Couto.

Miss Trans Star Internacional 2012
Miss Trans Star Internacional 2012, the second edition of Miss Trans Star Internacional pageant, was held on 3 June 2012, at the Teatré Victoria Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Sixteen contestants competed for the crown. The winner was 26-year-old Laviny Albuquerque from Russia, who was crowned by Miss Trans Star Internacional 2010 Bruna Geneve.
