The Miss Ecuador 2000 was held on April 6, 2000. There were 11 candidates for the national title, and in the end of night Carolina Alfonso crowned to Gabriela Cadena as Miss Ecuador 2000. The Miss Ecuador competed in Miss Universe 2000 and Miss World Ecuador entered Miss World 2000.
