Writing and reception

The album was produced by Michael Cretu and Armand Volker. It reached #16 in Germany, #14 in Norway, #40 in Sweden and #13 in Switzerland. Producer Michael Cretu used more of the writing and singing talents of Hubert Kemmler (who was already a popular singer in Germany under the name of Hubert Kah). The song "Don't Cry (The Breakup of the World)" was written in reaction to the Chernobyl disaster in 1986. The second album continued the same success all over Europe as the first one had previously done.

Singles

Four singles from this album were released. "Innocent Love" was the first of four successful singles released from the album, entering the Top 10 in France, whereas the second single, "Hi! Hi! Hi!", became a Top 10 hit in Sandra's home country of Germany. The ballad "Loreen" was the third single released, and the electropop "Midnight Man" was the album's fourth and final single to be released.
