Mine Güngör (born January 4, 1983) is a Turkish women's ice hockey player. Currently, she is a member of Istanbul Buz Korsanları team playing as goaltender. She takes part in the Turkey women's national ice hockey team. The 1.73 m (5 ft 8 in) tall woman at 70 kg (150 lb) catches right handed.

Güngör played at the 2013 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II Group B qualification matches in Izmir, Turkey. In March 2014, she was called up again for the national team.
