Minacraga aenea is a moth in the Dalceridae family. It was described by Hopp in 1921. It is found in south-eastern Brazil. The habitat consists of subtropical wet and moist forests.
The length of the forewings is 14–16 mm for males and 21 mm for females. The forewings are buff, but darker toward the outer margin. There is a brown subterminal line, outside of which are lustrous white spots. There is brown shading in the middle of the outer margin and the discal spot is small and brown. The hindwings are buff, but darker toward the anal angle and with brown at the anal angle. Adults have been recorded on wing in April.
