Millennium Management Group is a privately held, Las Vegas, Nevada-based gaming management company. It owns and operates several locals casinos in the Las Vegas area.

History
William Paulos and William Wortman formed the company in 1996 both holding a 50% interest.
In 2002, Millennium paid fines for violations in its Michigan casino.
On March 6, 2002, Millennium received a license from the Nevada Gaming Control Board to operate the Rampart Casino. They assumed operation of the casino later that month.
On January 3, 2003, The Cannery opens under the management of Cannery Casino Resorts with another subsidiary of the company, Millennium Gaming, Inc. owning the 67% interest.
Boyd Gaming in purchased Cannery in December 2016 for $230 million.
