Miklós Palencsár (born 1977) is a Hungarian economist, business strategist, business mentor and international specialist since 2003. His organization improvements, business strategies, customized management and sales trainings are based on his own, personality type-identification psychology system which is based on is known book published in 2012 entitled 3B - Behaviour Based Business which is able to identify and evaluate 10 000 unique human models and able to determine their decision-making mechanism as well. He works in several European countries.

Biography

Palencsár was born in Hungary. He was educated in Gödöllő Agricultural University, Hungary. He began his career at Citibank, Hungary. He also worked at Trader Classified Media, Hungary as a sales director of VIP department. He wrote his book - 3B- Behaviour Based Business - in 2012 in Berlin based on his own psychological theory. He moved to Berlin, Germany several times, and he usually travels to several European countries when his projects require him to do so. He currently lives in Budapest.
Business Mentoring

Palencsár was the first who started to use the modern business development methodology, called 'business mentoring' in Hungary. According to this idea business development needs to be helped by the traditional, strict, result focused, project based consulting and also by psychology based, people centered coaching in the same time. A mentor has to use both approaches.
3B-Behaviour Based Business

The behaviour-driven business theory is based on the creation of a psychological system. Palencsár is author and developer of the system and in fact he is the first European person who created a theory which can define individual personality types. 3B can define 10 000 different individual personality types based on a database which consists of 100 000 results from a survey done by 15 000 employees. The definition process is different than the older systems, because the 3B use external contacts for the first analyze, to define the person’s “original” personality type from the following three: original, masked and modified. The results are illustrated on a pie chart, which enables the user to compare the relationship between them. 3B theory is a usual theme on Hungarian manager conferences, and Miklos Palencsar is a highly praised presenter. 3B theory was the starting reason of a series on conferences entitled Human Hungary and later this year a new magazine will be published, entitled itBehaviour. what can help to the top managers to manage their life in every field.
The Book

The book about 3B-Behaviour Based Business has been published in 2012, in Hungary. First it was distributed in the IT-Telecommunication sector, given directly to the top managers. After the positive feedback the online version has been launched, in order to make distribution more simple on the international market. Currently the book and the method is used by businessmen in 11 countries on 4 continents.
3B business development software

3B software has been launched in 2014. Its main function is to make the difficult process of business development easier for the managers. The software is able to define the strength and weaknesses of the employees, finds new directions develop the business and lays the foundations of business strategy by identifying personality types. The software will hit the markets at the end of 2014 and it will be the first business development software in the world.
